Morning run done ✅ 6.2 miles along the Hudson. There's something about early mornings in the city when it's still quiet. Highly recommend getting out before 7am if you haven't tried it.

Finally made it to Big Bend National Park after talking about this trip for two years. The scale of this place is just impossible to put into words. Every direction you look feels like a painting.

Reminder that it's okay to take a day off. Closed the laptop at noon, made a big bowl of jollof rice, and watched three movies. Productivity is important but so is rest. 💙
